Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Demovisor collects, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a salted password hash. Project data: the URLs, README text, workflows and scenes you provide, and the videos, screenshots and documents we generate. Usage data: generations, provider usage (tokens and characters), downloads and share-page views. Billing: Stripe stores your payment details; we keep only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and security. Demo-account sign-in: if your app needs a login, the demo account email and password you give are stored encrypted, used only by the recorder to sign in before recording, never sent to Anthropic or ElevenLabs, never shown back to you, and deleted once a video is made, when you remove them or delete the project, or after 30 days.

How we use it

To provide the service, enforce plan limits, bill subscriptions, prevent abuse and keep the service secure, and understand usage so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

Anthropic (Claude) receives your product context, page evidence and screenshots to plan and navigate walkthroughs. ElevenLabs receives narration text when you choose a voice. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record processes payments. Our email provider sends sign-up and password emails to your address. Our hosting provider stores the data.

Websites you record

Pages you ask us to record are visited from our servers, and the captured pages, screenshots and executed actions are stored with your project as evidence.

Retention and deletion

Generated files are deleted after 90 days. Account and project data are kept until you delete your account.

Deleting your account removes your projects, videos and share links. Anonymized cost records may be kept for accounting.

Your choices

You can export your data as JSON and delete your account from your Profile at any time.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
