Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Demovisor while it is in beta. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Demovisor inspects public web pages you provide, plans a walkthrough with AI, records it in a browser we operate, and produces videos and documents. It is a beta: features may change, and we do not guarantee availability or that every website can be recorded.

Your account

Keep your password secure and your email address current. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Acceptable use

Only record websites and products that you own or have permission to record, and use demo data. Do not use the service to access private networks, bypass logins, CAPTCHAs or other access controls, collect data at scale, infringe the rights of others, or create misleading or unlawful content. If you give a demo account so the recorder can sign in, it must be an account you are allowed to use this way, holding demo data only; the recorder will act in it as your workflow describes. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put it or others at risk.

AI-generated content

Narration, scripts, guides, decks and social copy are drafts written by AI and may contain errors. Review them before publishing. The accuracy report lists what was observed and executed; it does not verify product claims. You are responsible for the content you publish.

Plans and payments

Plan allowances are described on the Plans page. A generation is one finished video and its content kit; unused generations do not roll over. Paid plans renew monthly and are billed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You can cancel at any time in Plans & usage; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your files

Generated files are kept for 90 days and then deleted; download anything you want to keep. Project history remains in your account.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your Profile.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
